THE OUTSIDE: Villa Artemide is framed by a vast piece of land of about three hectares (completely fenced in), adorned with fruit trees, including lots of pomegranates and a flourishing olive grove (of about 290 olive trees) that gives privacy. The large, welcoming swimming pool is located near the trulli, with a comfortable, fully equipped solarium.

FACILITIES: the property is equipped with air conditioning, an artesian well connected to four cisterns, an alarm system, iron grilles and mosquito nets. The villa is sold complete with furnishings.

THE AREA: Villa Artemide is located in one of the most evocative valleys of the Itria Valley, just a few minutes' drive from the irresistible historic centre of Ostuni.
