Al piano terra del Palazzo dell'Episcopio è situato il Museo Diocesano, che conserva ed espone lo straordinario patrimonio storico-artistico della Chiesa ostunese con capolavori di valenza internazionale.
Chiese e dimore signorili si susseguono nella città vecchia cinta dalle mura aragonesi dove si aprono Porta Nova e Porta San Demetrio.
L’agro di Ostuni, invece, è costellato da masserie, molte delle quali trasformate in accoglienti agriturismi e resort di lusso. Tra le altre, Santa Caterina con l’alta torre ottagonale alla masseria fortificata, Lo Spagnulo e masseria Cappuccini con i suoi trulli.
