MASSERIA PUGLIESE
MAIN DETAILS
ANCIENT MASSERIA BETWEEN OSTUNI AND MONTALBANO, APULIA, ITRIA VALLEY
Wonderfully nestled between the two enchanting villages of Ostuni and Montalbano is Masseria Pugliese, of ancient origin and with its façade completely whitewashed, as tradition has it, it stands out against an expanse of dense Mediterranean scrub. Masseria Pugliese offers an irresistible mix of authentic character and love for the most unspoilt nature. Spacious interiors flow into gardens and outdoor oases overlooking the surrounding countryside, inviting you to explore the myriad charms of the area.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE MASSERIA
Masseria Pugliese is divided into three characteristic units: in the first unit you will find the old manor house of about 400 square metres and consists of an entrance hall, a large living room with vaulted ceilings and an adjoining kitchen with an ancient fireplace, bedrooms and bathrooms.
In the second unit there is a suggestive oil mill of about 200 square metres also with star vaults, with the possibility of creating a living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms.
The last unit includes two cottages also within the surrounding land, one of which is about 30 square metres and the other about 47 square metres.
Masseria Pugliese is completely immersed in a plot of about 21 hectares surrounded by an impressive centuries-old olive grove that recalls the real Apulia. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire Itria Valley and its hills, to say the least.
THE ADVANTAGES OF BUYING MASSERIA PUGLIESE
Once surrounded by vast plots of land used for cultivation and grazing, the masserie were used until not so many years ago during the summer by the owners of the land and their workers. Today, many of them have been renovated and converted into small charming residences. And thanks to skilful restoration of the original architecture, they retain the charm of the era while enjoying all the modern comforts.
Masseria Pugliese is perfect for becoming a luxurious accommodation facility in the heart of the Itria Valley. It is the ideal solution for getting in touch with the most ancient part of this territory, which has always been linked to agriculture and contact with nature. It is, in fact, a structure immersed in the Apulian countryside, among the olive trees of the Itria Valley or the blue sea of Salento.

OSTUNI
